"Always Take the High Road" Be the bigger person. Take a positive view. There is one, even if you can't see it at first. Pause.... Don't react out of defensiveness. It will be the wrong reaction in the end.
I've learned so much since I began my craft business. I thought I knew everything about Customer Service. That was my first mistake; thinking I knew everything. As soon as you think you know your market, that's when you should reevaluate it. XOXO, Sarah
